Our team of business valuation professionals are Certified Public Accountants who are accredited in Business Valuation. In addition to having a thorough understanding of accepted valuation approaches and methodologies, each of our valuation professionals has practical experience with real-world merger and acquisition transactions. Having facilitated negotiations to buy and/or sell businesses and experiencing first hand how business sale transactions occur, our valuation professionals understand what truly drives business value. As Certified Public Accountants, we also understand and can assist in the implementation of the “fair value” reporting requirements recently issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
We hold memberships in the American Society of Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Forensic and Valuation Services Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

CVA - Certified Valuation Analyst
ABV - Accredited in Business Valuation
ASA - Accredited Senior Appraiser
A valuation assignment usually culminates in a formal valuation report containing our conclusion of value. Our reports comply with the valuation standards set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Every report we issue is prepared by one of our Certified Valuation Analysts and is subjected to a secondary review by another of our Certified Valuation Analysts who concurs with the conclusion of value.
In some circumstances, we can provide an estimate or range of values on a less formal consulting basis. |
