| To support its continued growth, Fesnak and Associates is conducting a search for a Audit Senior. The hired individual will represent an addition to staff. The company is committed to offering its employees an opportunity to work in the diverse areas of accounting, audit, tax and management consulting, and to personally lead client engagements from start to finish. This role is responsible for various accounting and audit-related services provided by the Assurance and Accounting Services Practice. These services include: annual audits, quarterly reviews, consultation in accounting and auditing issues, and implementation of new technical standards. |

| - 4+ years experience in public accounting |
- Experience in planning, running, reviewing and completing financial statements |
- Ability to train and supervise other staff members |
- Effective client management skills |
- Experience doing work papers, compilations, and review |
- Good orientation to detail and follow through |
- GAAP research experience |
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or related field |

This practice addresses multi-state; international; and high net worth individuals, so people who work with us have the opportunity to gain a very broad base of experience. We look for people who are comfortable in a team environment and who have strong compliance and research skills. This position is also responsible for training and mentoring staff, assisting with client proposals, and supporting practice development. |
