Patricia T. Domzalski is the Director of Forensic, Investigative & Litigation Services at Fesnak and Associates. Pat has been providing forensic accounting and dispute consulting services to clients for more than twenty years. She has directed numerous engagements involving forensic accounting, fraud investigation, insurance claims analysis, financial and operational analysis and commercial damage assessment. She has experience across an array of industries with particular expertise in insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, construction and real estate.


Pat has served as both a consultant and an expert witness. Her testimony experience includes affirmative damage calculation and rebuttals of opposing experts’ methodology and conclusions. Cases of note include the quantification of damages on behalf of a global manufacturer in the theft of trade secrets following an acquisition; the preparation of a multi-million dollar damage claim on behalf of a Brownfield remediation firm which was stipulated to by opposing counsel at trial; and an appearance before the International Chamber of Commerce in Dublin, Ireland on behalf of an American biotechnology manufacturer in a dispute over a distribution agreement with the Italian sales subsidiary of a major Tokyo-based parent.


Prior to joining Fesnak and Associates, LLP, Pat was a Managing Director in Aon Consulting’s Financial Advisory and Litigation Consulting Services practice and was the practice leader for Smart & Associates’ Forensic Accounting and Litigation Services group. Previously, she broadened her insurance background as a Regional Audit Officer for Reliance Insurance.


Earlier in her career, Pat spent a combined thirteen years as part of the management group of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP and KPMG LLP. During that time, she honed a particular specialization in healthcare fraud including assisting counsel for a global pharmaceutical firm in its response to the first Medicare fraud investigation alleging “unbundling” and “upcoding” of CPT codes to maximize reimbursement. Pat began her career as a construction claims consultant with Day & Zimmermann Group.


Pat is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the national and Philadelphia chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
