Chad J. DeHart

Chad DeHart is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Services area of Fesnak and Associates with over thirteen years of experience in public accounting and two years experience in private accounting. With extensive knowledge in accounting, audit and tax-related services, Chad works with clients in numerous industries which include software development, biotechnology, manufacturing companies, construction contractors, not for profit entities, distribution companies and wholesaling companies.

Over the last five years, Chad has focused primarily on providing audit services for large closely-held companies, including many software development and technology related companies. In addition, he has been involved in several fraud engagements and due-diligence projects.

Chad’s private experience was spent working for a Fortune 100 company in the insurance industry where he was responsible for resolving operational accounting issues as part of a large consulting project and assisted in the financial reporting process.

Chad serves as both the Audit Committee Chair and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, and is the Chair of the Emerging Leaders Group of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.

Chad is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Chad has also earned his Certified Fraud Examiner license and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
